Tips for Making A Good Fish Masala Even Better
- Wash the fish well.
- Make a paste out of ginger, garlic, lemon, curd/yoghurt & salt.
- Add this paste to the fish along with 3 tbsp of Diamond Fish Masala & let it marinate for 30 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan and add fish along with all the mixture into it & let it cook for 10 minutes.
- Serve hot with roti, parantha, & some lemon slices.
