Chicken Dana Masala Recipe: It’s Not as Difficult as You Think
- Wash the chicken well (500 gm) and add salt into it.
- Add Ginger-Garlic paste and 3 tbsp of Diamond Chicken Dana Masala and red food colour (optional) in the chicken and mix well.
- Let it marinate for 1.5 hours (3) Heat oil in a pan and fry the marinated chicken (4) serve hot and crispy Chicken Dana with onion, lemon & green chutney
