Punjabi Chhole Masala- Experience Authentic Street Style Punjabi Chhole Masala at Home

  1. Soak Chickpeas (500 gm) in water overnight.
  2.  Boil them in a pressure cooker.
  3.  Chop onions (150 gm) & sauté in a pan until they turn golden brown.
  4. Add ginger-garlic paste (40 gm) & tomato puree (150 gm) & mix well.
  5. Add 3 tbsp of Diamond Chhole Masala, salt (as per taste) & half glass of water. 
  6. Add boiled chickpeas into the mixture & cook well for 10 minutes. 
  7. Garnish with Coriander & serve hot with Bhature or kulcha or Puri.
