Punjabi Chhole Masala- Experience Authentic Street Style Punjabi Chhole Masala at Home
- Soak Chickpeas (500 gm) in water overnight.
- Boil them in a pressure cooker.
- Chop onions (150 gm) & sauté in a pan until they turn golden brown.
- Add ginger-garlic paste (40 gm) & tomato puree (150 gm) & mix well.
- Add 3 tbsp of Diamond Chhole Masala, salt (as per taste) & half glass of water.
- Add boiled chickpeas into the mixture & cook well for 10 minutes.
- Garnish with Coriander & serve hot with Bhature or kulcha or Puri.
