How To Make Tawa Fry Mutton Masala Recipe With Diamond Masala

  1. Wash Mutton/chanp well.
  2. Add mutton & ginger-garlic paste into a pressure cooker with required water & let it boil until 3-4 whistles.
  3. In a pot, add finely chopped onions & sauté till they turn brown.
  4. Add finely chopped tomatoes until they are mixed well.
  5. Add 3 tbsp of Diamond Tawa Fry Masala & mix everything well.
  6. Add mutton/chanp to the mixture & sauté until oil starts getting separated.
  7. Garnish hot tawa fry gravy with coriander & serve hot eith roti, parantha or naan.

Restaurant Style Tip: Wrap the chanp mixture in masala omellete to experience tawa style chanp fry.
