How To Make Tawa Fry Mutton Masala Recipe With Diamond Masala
- Wash Mutton/chanp well.
- Add mutton & ginger-garlic paste into a pressure cooker with required water & let it boil until 3-4 whistles.
- In a pot, add finely chopped onions & sauté till they turn brown.
- Add finely chopped tomatoes until they are mixed well.
- Add 3 tbsp of Diamond Tawa Fry Masala & mix everything well.
- Add mutton/chanp to the mixture & sauté until oil starts getting separated.
- Garnish hot tawa fry gravy with coriander & serve hot eith roti, parantha or naan.
