How to Make Quick and Easy Special Nihari Recipe – Mutton Nihari Recipe
- Clean mutton/chicken (500 gm) with water.
- Deep fry onions (250 gm) till they turn brown.
- In a cooking pot, add mutton/chicken, 3 tbsp of Diamond Nihari Masala, 2 tbsp Ginger-Garlic paste and some water and let it boil well.
- Heat oil in a pan, add wheat flour (2 tbsp) and cook it, add one cup of water and boiled chicken/mutton.
- Heat oil and add 2 tbsp of masala in another pan, cook it well and add cooked mutton/chicken.
- Add the deep-fried onions in the mutton.
- Cook mutton/chicken in low flame for 20 mins.
- Garnish this dish with ginger and Coriander leaves and serve hot.
