How To Make Chicken Masala Recipe With Diamond Masala
- Wash chicken well (500 gm).
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add chicken, ginger-garlic paste (20 gm), tomato puree (250 gm) & 3 tbsp Diamond Chicken Masala & mix everything well.
- Mix 200ml water & curd/ yoghurt (200 gm) into the chicken & cook under low flame for 20 minutes.
- Add fried onions (250 gm) & mix well. Serve Hot Chicken with Parantha, Naan or rice.
