Everything You Need To Know About Meat/Mutton Masala Recipe

  1. Wash Meat (500 gm) well.
  2. Add meat, curd, ginger-garlic paste, Diamond Meat Masala (3 tbsp) & required water in a pressure cooker.
  3. Cook till 3-4 whistles & let it tender & soften.
  4. In a cooking pot, add oil, (2 tbsp) of Diamond Meat Masala & cooked meat & let them cook for 10 minutes on medium flame.
  5. Add fired onions to it & stir well.
  6. Cover the pot & leave it to mix for 5 minutes.
  7. Garnish with coriander & serve hot with rice, roti, parantha or naan.
