Cooking Biryani with Love! The Bombay Style

  1. Wash chicken/mutton (500 gm) well. 
  2. Add salt, ginger-garlic paste (20 gm), yoghurt/curd (200 gm), chicken & 3 tbsp of Diamond Bombay Biryani Masala & marinate it for 15 minutes.
  3. Put the marinated chicken into a pressure cooker. 
  4. Wash rice (400 gm) & boil them. 
  5. Remove remaining water from the boiled rice. 
  6. In a pan, fry onions until they turn golden brown & take them out. 
  7. In the same pan, add tomato puree, boiled chicken, chopped green chilli, fried onions & 2 tbsp of Diamond Bombay Biryani Masala & mix them well.
  8.  Cook the mixture under low flame for 5 minutes. 
  9. Add coriander leaves & layer rice over it.
  10.   Add clarified butter (ghee) & some saffron leaves on the rice layer & serve hot biryani with raita or yoghurt.
