Make Chicken 65 with a Perfect Blend of Spices
- Clean the chicken well.
- Add chicken, Ginger-Garlic paste, salt and half a pack of Chicken 65 Masala and let it marinate for 1 hour.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Fry chicken well and then keep it aside.
- Add thin sliced Ginger in that oil and sauté. Add curry leaves, peanuts, capsicum (finely chopped) and sauté all the ingredients and let them fry for 5 mins.
- Add marinated chicken, remaining masala from the pouch, Soy sauce, in the mixture and mix well.
- Garnish this dish with spring onion and Coriander leaves and serve.
