Make Chicken 65 with a Perfect Blend of Spices

  1. Clean the chicken well.  
  2. Add chicken, Ginger-Garlic paste, salt and half a pack of Chicken 65 Masala and let it marinate for 1 hour. 
  3. Heat oil in a pan. 
  4. Fry chicken well and then keep it aside. 
  5. Add thin sliced Ginger in that oil and sauté. Add curry leaves, peanuts, capsicum (finely chopped) and sauté all the ingredients and let them fry for 5 mins. 
  6. Add marinated chicken, remaining masala from the pouch, Soy sauce, in the mixture and mix well.
  7.  Garnish this dish with spring onion and Coriander leaves and serve.
